We are expanding our team and are therefore looking for 1 Head of Quality Control (m/f/x)

on a full-time basis.

Your future tasks

• Management of quality control including personnel management and resource planning

• Ensuring product testing, release, and laboratory processes

• Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of quality data (KPI)

• Compliance with and further development of quality standards and testing methods

• Cooperation with other departments, audits, as well as implementation of improvement measures (CAPA/KVP)

Das bringen Sie mit

• Chemical education and several years of experience (5-7 years) in managing a quality laboratory

• Leadership experience with larger teams in shift operations

• Sound knowledge of quality management and auditing (e.g., ISO 9001)

• Experience with complaint management as well as CAPA and KVP processes

• Good IT and English skills, ideally experience with LIMS and regulated markets
