We are looking for a motivated personality for immediate entry as a full-time employee at the Kröllendorf location (Allhartsberg, NÖ): 1 Sensory Expert (all genders). YOUR MISSION

• Responsibility for the conception, implementation, and further development of sensory programs in close cooperation with R&D/NPD, Ingredient Portfolio, as well as Flavor & Applications
• Sensory evaluation of ingredients and products, product development, definition of flavor profiles, as well as participation in application and flavor evaluations
• Maintenance and further development of sensory data, descriptors, lexicons, and flavor libraries across teams and regions
• Market analyses, interpretation, and communication of sensory results to relevant stakeholders, as well as continuous expansion of flavor and category expertise

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Completed university degree (MSc) in food sciences, nutritional sciences, or a comparable field
• Several years of industry experience in the food, aroma, or fragrance environment with a clear focus on sensory science
• Experience in conducting sensory tests as well as very good oral and written communication skills
• Very good MS-Office skills, SAP experience is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and precise way of working, high organizational skills, intercultural openness, as well as resilience
• Strong project management competence, especially in virtual and cross-functional projects
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing, other languages (especially German) are an advantage
