SCD system administration and training program monitoring.

• Monitoring of administrative processes and Talent Development compliance for its optimal functioning and service.
• Optimization of reports derived from the talent management cycle.
• Training metrics and evidence kept up to date.
• Customer service in updating, adding, and removing data.
• Reports from the training tool.
• NMX 025
• Updating information in communication channels.
• Support in TAE calls, monitoring of deliverables such as attendance and course lists.
• Support in auditable processes such as STPS, CTPAT, and OEA.
• Monthly update of the training tool database.

Must be an active student with at least one year remaining to complete a degree in Informática Administrativa, Relaciones Humanas, Recursos Humanos, Administración, or Psicología.

• Must have valid facultative or major medical insurance.
• Knowledge: English Level B2.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
• Knowledge of Graphs - Macro.
