IT Knowledge (Important) Basic notions of IT terminology; Ease of interacting with support teams, infrastructure, or vendors; Conceptual understanding of: Time clocks, Access control systems (turnstiles) and simple integrations between systems; Ability to analyze technical problems and translate them for the business/HR.

Currently studying Administration, Human Resources, or related courses; Basic English; Intermediate/advanced Office Package; Knowledge or interest in VBA / Macros; Ability to create and monitor KPIs and dashboards; Notion of databases or programming logic; Familiarity with Power BI.
