Hostess

We are looking for a PM Hostess to join our team at ATELIER Playa Mujeres, a key position to provide a warm, elegant, and professional welcome that guarantees memorable experiences for our guests, aligned with the highest luxury hospitality standards.

Job Objective

To receive, attend to, and coordinate the flow of guests in the consumption centers during the evening shift, ensuring an exceptional experience from the first contact.

Main Functions

• Welcome guests with a cordial, professional, and personalized attitude.
• Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
• Coordinate table assignments in conjunction with the service team.
• Provide information regarding schedules, gastronomic concepts, and special events.
• Maintain constant communication with captains and waiters to optimize operations.
• Ensure compliance with presentation, service, and protocol standards.
• Support in resolving situations with guests, always maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a hostess, or customer service (desirable).
• Availability for the afternoon shift.
• Conversational English (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent presentation and professional image.
• Communication skills and guest relations.
• Availability to work the evening shift (PM) and rotate schedules.
• Residence in Cancún.
• Service attitude, organization, and teamwork.
