BCN Project Operations Support Engineer - Internship - M/F

At the heart of the challenges of knowledge transfer in the nuclear sector, this internship will allow you to contribute to the BCN project, a strategic project aimed at preserving, structuring, and disseminating technical expertise. You will participate in the enhancement of project feedback (REX) as well as the development of innovative tools facilitating access to professional knowledge. Knowledge capitalization and REX enhancement (main activity, mandatory) In the first instance, you will have to: Understand the organization, projects, and activities carried out by the BU IR, Master the typology of the BCN documentation, Master the BCN digital solution (search engine, documentary base, and forum). In support of the BCN project team, you will participate in the structuring, enhancement, and dissemination of the professional knowledge of Reactor Engineering. Your mission directly contributes to the transmission of knowledge, the capitalization of project feedback, and supporting the skill development of BU employees. You will be in contact with digital teams, experts, managers, and project managers. Base operation and change management (main activity, mandatory) Then, you will support the BCN team in its mission to maintain the production of the base, as well as in its change management mission with the BU IR employees. Thus, you will contribute to: Improving the accessibility and quality of BCN content; Collecting and analyzing user feedback in order to propose improvements to the solution and its content; Participating in the preparation of BCN evolutions and the evaluation of their relevance through testing phases; Contributing to the monitoring of indicators allowing for the evaluation of the use and effectiveness of the BCN. Contributing to change management with employees (project managers, experts, managers, technical pilots, production teams, etc.). You will need to produce communication materials and organize information sessions. Digital development of the BCN (complementary activity, optional) Depending on your skills and your interest in digital, you may also contribute, in connection with the BCN project team, the digital teams, and the business experts, to the functional evolution and, if necessary, the software development of the solution. In this capacity, you will notably contribute: To collecting, analyzing, and formalizing user needs in order to identify priority evolutions of the documentary base, the forum, and the DeepFinder search engine; To translating these needs into use cases, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria, taking into account the constraints specific to nuclear projects and professions; To participating in the design and prototyping of improvements intended to facilitate access, research, consultation, and knowledge sharing; Depending on your profile and under the supervision of the digital team, to participating in the development and integration of functionalities, the correction of anomalies, as well as the realization of prototypes or scripts contributing to the evolution of the BCN; To preparing and performing functional tests, analyzing results and user feedback, then proposing corrective actions or paths for improvement; To contributing to the improvement of the quality and structuring of content, notably metadata, in order to increase the relevance of searches and generated answers; To following evolutions with the digital teams, documenting the implemented functionalities, and participating in the preparation of their deployment to users. You will manage the sharing of your work via regular and dynamic reporting, following a predefined deliverable plan and schedule. Why do your internship at Assystem? Your assets and prerequisites for success: You are soon to graduate with a BAC+4 or BAC+5 in the framework of training in an engineering school, or equivalent. You have a sense of analysis, organization, and good interpersonal skills, You know how to work in a team, You demonstrate curiosity, rigor, autonomy, an innovative spirit, and a capacity for synthesis You have a fluent level in English.
