Key Account Executive Logistics and Multiproduct Operations Expo/Impo 5668

A professional with a degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or related field, with 100% of credits completed, is sought. It is indispensable to have at least four years of recent and stable experience in transport logistics, working with forwarders, shipping lines, or carriers. Solid knowledge in multiproduct import and export operational management, mastery of INCOTERM, and experience in dangerous goods is required. The English level must be advanced and spoken, as it will be used in interaction with international clients. Intermediate handling of Microsoft Office and general knowledge of Cargowise is requested. The ideal profile combines customer orientation, proactive attitude, responsibility, resilience, integrity, and teamwork. It is necessary to have proper documentation, verifiable references, and immediate availability, in addition to residing in Ciudad de México, Puebla, or Querétaro.

The objective of the position is to guarantee the efficient execution of multiproduct export and import processes, complying with global indicators and organizational guidelines, ensuring customer satisfaction and the profitability of operations.

Responsibilities include:

• coordinating maritime, air, and land shipments according to the agreed INCOTERM
• managing cargo entry to port or airport and customs clearance when applicable
• preparing documentation in accordance with customs regulations and the required country
• coordinating land freight and MBL release with shipping lines
• monitoring and communicating shipment progress to clients through reports
• registering operations in the operating system ensuring data quality
• invoicing and costing shipments verifying profitability
• keeping milestones updated in the system
• preparing reports for clients and the agent network
• participating in reviews and follow-up sessions with key accounts
• ensuring that commercial and customs documents are correctly uploaded in the system and complying with SOP’s and COP’s in key account implementations.

Working conditions include a Monday to Friday schedule in a hybrid scheme, salary between 30 to 36 pesos gross monthly according to experience, superior benefits, direct contract with the company, and professional development opportunities.
