Head of Services exp in the Integral Medical sector Intermediate English Responsible for site, operating room technicians and data entry analyst

• Completed Bachelor's degree with title in Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Nursing, Optometry, Health Services Administration or a related career.
• Three years of experience in integral services, medical devices, operating room or subcontracted hospital services, with at least one year coordinating teams or sites.
• Accredited B2 English: you read technical documentation without help, hold a support call with the manufacturer and follow training in English.
• Inventory management with lot control, expiration dates and FIFO/FEFO, and reconciliation against the system. Advanced Excel and management of indicators.
• Availability to travel and valid driver's license.
• Direct the daily operation of assigned hospital units and the site team.
• Plan supply by site: initial request, replenishments, lots, expiration dates and weekly inventory under FIFO/FEFO.
• Lead the implementation of new sites: survey, installation, training and service startup.
• Be responsible for the evidence of each procedure: consumption sheets, T14 and T15 formats, monthly summaries and logs.
• Execute the monthly reconciliation between consumption, remittances and summary, and integrate the billing package with the hospital signatures.
• Manage the entry of invoices before the institution and integrate the technical support against observations and deductibles.
• Train and evaluate site personnel on equipment, instruments, supplies and filling out formats.
• Calculate and report process indicators and execute the resulting corrective actions.

Work zone: Coyoacan, CDMX with travel to hospital units, with frequent presence at assigned sites.
