Head of Operations and Logistics - for medical supplies and equipment distributor

Coordinate and supervise purchasing and import processes, including customs and regulatory procedures, warehouse operations, and inventory control, ensuring product availability and traceability to respond promptly to the commercial area's demand.

REQUISITOS:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, administration, or a related field
• 3 years of experience leading purchasing and logistics processes, preferably in companies distributing regulated medical or pharmaceutical products
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP Business One
• Intermediate proficiency in English
• Availability to work Mon-Thu from 8:00 to 18:00 and Friday at 17:00 hrs.
• Own vehicle and ease of working in zona 14

CONOCIMIENTOS & HABILIDADES

• Purchasing management & import logistics
• Inventory and consignment control (physical and in SAP)
• Customs procedures before SAT and merchandise release
• Regulations before MSPAS for medical devices
• Regulatory compliance: batch traceability and sanitary registrations

OFRECEMOS

• Monthly salary of Q.12,000 + Q.250
• Variable bonus based on KPIs between Q.2,000 – Q.3,000
