Your team: A major player for industrial engineering and turnkey activities for Southern France and North Africa, composed of more than 100 collaborators, ARTELIA Industrie Martigues (13) invites you to join its multidisciplinary teams (Project Management, IG, Piping, GC, Structure, Electricity, Instrumentation, Automation…) as an Electricity - Instrumentation Supervisor. The teams of the Martigues Industrie agency carry out studies in interface with its business specialists (processes, Piping, GC-structure, EIA…), in sectors such as Oil and Gas, chemistry, petrochemistry, energy, and various process Industries… The teams intervene from the design studies in the preliminary project phase through to the construction/realization phases.
Your missions: As an Instrumentation Supervisor, your missions will consist of: Participating in the development of prevention plans, Performing risk analysis related to elementary operations with companies, Examining operating methods, preparing and ensuring the follow-up of work permits, Taking charge of revamping work or new projects, Supervising work related to an order from both a quality and safety, planning perspective, Organizing, conducting meetings (site follow-up, interfaces, etc.), writing and distributing minutes, Monitoring the progress of work and the meeting of milestones according to the construction schedule, Coordinating, managing technical interfaces, the preparation of intervention documents with the operator, Ensuring the management and follow-up of additional work requests, Participating in pre-commissioning / commissioning and startup of installations, Performing Site Safety Visits and managing supplier/company deviations, Validating technical documents, supplier/contractor deliverables (study documents, site, Final Dossier, etc...), Ensuring the application of safety, hygiene, environment rules and standards applicable on sites Ensuring reporting to engineering and the client.
Your assets: You hold a Bac+2 degree and have acquired a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar function in the industrial engineering sector. Proficiency in English is required at a minimum for reading and writing. The application of ISO 9001 Quality and MASE procedures is your daily routine. Ensuring safety on sites and/or at our clients' locations is one of your priorities. You master IT tools such as the Office pack and MS-Project. You never work alone; a good team spirit, an ability to take a step back in your missions, great curiosity, a sense of sharing and mutual aid with your colleagues will be your assets for success.
