Your missions Your tutor will support your progress on the following missions: Audit and mapping of existing processes: identifying business Excel files, management tools, and current SPRETEC workflows (workload planning, costing tools, offer tracking, QSE indicators, etc.) Design and deployment of SharePoint sites adapted to SPRETEC: homepages, document libraries, customized lists, dashboards Development of Power Automate flows: automation of recurring processes (notifications, approvals, data updates, report sending) Creation of Power BI dashboards: visualization of key indicators (workload planning, commercial progress, production tracking) Development of Power Apps applications: progressive replacement of Excel files with lightweight and connected applications Change management support: writing user guides, supporting teams in adopting new tools Your team SPRETEC (Société Pour la Réalisation d’Ensembles Techniques) is a mechanical engineering company serving its clients since December 1987. Your assets You are preparing a Master's level (BAC +5) training specialized in information systems and digital transformation, and you wish to put your knowledge and skills into practice in studies or project management, in the building sector (studies). You never work alone; a good team spirit, great curiosity, and a desire to learn will be your assets for success. Language skills: English (ability to read and understand technical documentation). IT skills: Microsoft 365 (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps). Notions of Copilot/AI Specific internship constraints: driving license indispensable
