Your team By joining the Melun (77) establishment, you will take responsibility for a rapidly developing branch and actively contribute to its influence among our industrial clients in Île-de-France. Reporting to the Establishment Director based in Saint-Ouen (93), you will ensure the operational, commercial, and human management of the Melun branch. As a true local relay for the establishment's strategy, you will support business development, team management, and guarantee the quality of services provided to our clients. Your missions: As Branch Manager / Project Manager, your missions will consist of: *Management and leadership of the Melun branch Ensure close management of the branch's collaborators and support their professional development; Lead the team on a daily basis by promoting cohesion, communication, and engagement; Participate in recruitment, integration, and the skill development of collaborators; Ensure optimal resource utilization and workload balance; Develop and maintain relationships with local clients and partners; Contribute to the commercial development of the branch by identifying growth opportunities and participating in tender responses; Guarantee the achievement of performance, quality, safety, and profitability objectives for the branch; Ensure regular reporting of activity, results, and perspectives to the Establishment Director based in Saint-Ouen; Relay the establishment's strategic orientations and best practices locally; Represent Artelia to clients, partners, and industrial actors in the territory.
*Industrial project management In the preliminary design phase (APS): Study and estimate within the framework of investment budgets; Act as the client - engineering interface; Perform the synthesis of needs; Take into account legal and site regulatory requirements; Estimate investment budgets by package (± 30%) with identification of assumptions and options; Pre-consult and produce summary notes for equipment; Establish the macro-planning for realization under MS Project; Establish minutes for project meetings; Be the primary contact for the client on site.
In the detailed design phase for tender documents (DCE): Perform detailed studies for the execution of works; Write technical specifications for supply and work consultations; Prepare tender documents (DCE); Organize and lead site visits and technical alignments; Participate in the selection of suppliers and the comparative analysis of offers; Establish the detailed work schedule, taking into account site and contractor constraints; Ensure the global management of entrusted projects in terms of cost, deadline, quality, and safety; Coordinate the engineering teams mobilized on projects and guarantee client satisfaction.
Your assets: You are the ideal profile if you have a Generalist Engineer training (ARTS ET METIERS, CENTRALE, ENSAM, ENSIC, INSA…) or equivalent level. Your minimum 5 years of experience acquired in engineering project management or EPC, with project sizes up to 50,000 engineering hours in the petrochemical, refining, pharmacy, or other process industries sectors, in a similar function, will allow you to perform quickly. You have mastery of cutting-edge technology techniques and an ability to anticipate Technical/Planning issues. Mastery of English is indispensable (minimum required level) and good mastery of project management tools (project execution plan, scheduling, S-curve…). You are a rigorous, methodical person with good analytical and synthesis skills. You enjoy teamwork and know how to integrate easily into a group. The application of ISO 9001 Quality and MASE procedures is your daily routine. Ensuring safety on sites and/or at our clients' locations is one of your priorities. A first successful experience in team management, managing a profit center, business manager, or branch/agency manager constitutes a real asset. Possessing strong leadership, you know how to unite teams around common objectives, develop an activity, and establish a lasting relationship of trust with your clients and partners. Your sense of service, autonomy, and ability to make decisions will allow you to fully succeed in this dual managerial and operational role.
