Ensures the smooth running of the reception by performing all related tasks, including: Handling telephone calls, Teams messages, as well as emails; Managing voicemail and faxes; Preparing postal and courier shipments; Welcoming visitors and new employees; Ordering supplies and stationery; Other related tasks.

Collaborates with the Executive Assistant to respond to corporate requests, real estate management, and other tasks; Supports the Receptionist team with telephone calls in case of absence, and participates in mutual aid for all other situations; Provides general administrative support to internal employees and those from other offices; Analyzing and redistributing calls for tenders; Ensures the coordination of parking permits/access cards as well as for electric charging stations, access to showers, and bicycle spaces; Other related tasks.
