You will join the Métro Branch of ARTELIA Infrastructures et Territoires Durables. This branch is intended to intervene on major metro transport projects in France and internationally and is in full growth.

It brings together about fifty employees and ensures the management and development of project management missions, on metros or passenger exchange hubs, and more broadly on large-scale, innovative, and strategic projects for mobility infrastructures.

As part of its development, the branch is recruiting a PMO International Major Projects to join the teams, who will naturally adopt rigorous coordination, strong reactivity to project evolutions, and the associated contractual management.

Reporting to the Project Director and in close collaboration with internal teams and partners, you will play a key role in the operational and contractual management of French and International projects:

Progress Monitoring: Supervise the production of deliverables and project evolution, update schedules, identify the impacts of changes, and guarantee compliance with milestones. Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate interfaces between different teams, streamline exchanges, and ensure the consistency of actions. Variance Analysis and Deviation Management: Detect critical variances and propose corrective action plans (cost, deadlines, risks). Contractual Monitoring: Ensure the integrated management of changes, participate in the formalization of amendments, and ensure regular contractual reporting. Meeting Facilitation: Organize progress meetings and steering committees, and organize the associated monitoring reports. Strategic Reporting: Produce performance indicators (KPI), ensure their dissemination, and perform critical analysis.

Master's degree (Bac+5), engineering school or university, with a specialization in transport project management or civil engineering. First experience of at least 5 years in a project environment, in the large-scale transport infrastructures sector. Written and spoken English indispensable. Strong skills in coordination, team facilitation, and contractual monitoring. You are rigorous, dynamic, proactive, and know how to evolve in a moving environment.
