Within the Private Building business branch, you will intervene as a Data Centers Project Manager in the Paris region. In this context, your missions are as follows:

• Be the guarantor to the Client of the proper progress of the works (deadlines, costs, contractual and administrative relations).
• Organize the construction phase of a project and ensure the planning of all monitoring, control, commissioning, and handover operations in liaison with the project management teams (Architect, BET, external Consultants, environment BE), companies, and other stakeholders participating in the works (Commissioning agent, Technical Controller, CSPS), in order to ensure compliance with the terms and constraints of the contract file.
• Establish the rules for coordination, communication, and application of contractual and regulatory provisions.
• Supervise the visa, synthesis, and monitoring of documents related to technical control and the management of construction contracts.
• Ensure that remarks issued by control bodies are taken into account.
• Analyze monthly situations and payment proposals, process requests for program modifications and coordinate studies related to modifications, verify quotes for additional works, and establish the service orders necessary for the progress of the works.
• Verify the planning and progress of the works, for construction contracts in EG or in separate lots.
• Establish the list of reservations during the handover operations of the works and conduct the control of the lifting of reservation points.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team with internal and/or external actors to the company.

You have the capacity to intervene on missions in separate lots with the prerequisites on the limits of services and the creation of interfaces adapted to different situations and actors. You also have the capacity to intervene in synthesis missions and to be a source of proposals for resolving complex situations.

With a minimum of a BAC+2 degree, you have at least 7 years of experience in project coordination during the execution phase and initial experience in responsibility for major projects within a project management company, a general contractor, or a design office on new construction, fit-out, or retrofit projects for Data Centers. As a generalist, you master the main technical challenges related to the Data Center universe (Uptime Institute TIER Classification, PUE/WUE, ICPE regulation, ...) in order to be reactive to your clients' problems. You have a solid technical background in fluids lots (knowledge of different cooling modes: free-cooling, free-chiling, adiabatic, DLC; as well as electrical production and distribution architectures). You are recognized for your team management qualities (design, internal team, and Company) and your ability to manage all subjects related to the act of building.

• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Your interpersonal skills make you a privileged interlocutor for the client (maîtrise d'ouvrage). You must be able to produce the various monitoring/reporting supports and decision-making aids for our clients.
