Reporting to the France and Export Debt Collection Manager, within the Credit Management department. You will manage a portfolio of public and private clients in France and provide support for export receivables for the France BUs. Your missions Management of decentralized debt collection Manage decentralized debt collection according to defined priorities, coordinate the actions of operational teams, and disseminate best practices for securing the accounts receivable position. Prepare and lead unpaid invoice monitoring committees with the relevant Operational Directors. Monitor collections and payment delays, analyze the aging balance in MyDSO, and prioritize debt collection actions. Take charge, as a relay for operational teams, of complex or blocked files and assist in the coordination, if necessary, of pre-litigation and litigation procedures with the Legal Department and the judicial officer. Identify billing anomalies likely to delay payments, particularly filing defects on platforms, invoice rejections, and disputes. Risk management and export debt collection Intervene on complex or blocked export files. Collect necessary information, analyze the solvency of prospects and export clients, and propose adapted solutions to limit financial risk. Ensure the monitoring of credit insurance and withholding taxes.
Holding a higher education degree (Master's level/Bac +5) in finance, management, law, or business school, you ideally have at least three years of experience in Credit Management, preferably in an international environment and a decentralized organization.
- Solid knowledge of the financial and legal aspects related to debt collection.
- Mastery of a customer reminder tool, ideally MyDSO.
- Very good mastery of the Office Pack, especially Excel.
- Professional English required, both written and spoken.
Beyond your technical expertise, you possess excellent interpersonal skills and know how to collaborate with various stakeholders, both in France and internationally. Your analytical capacity, rigor, sense of priorities, pedagogical skills, and autonomy are essential to succeed in this role.
