Your team The Fluids pole of the Multi-Disciplinary Engineering department in Choisy carries out design, contractor consultation, execution monitoring for all types of projects, as well as audit and technical AMO missions. For information, a similar pole is present in Saint Ouen, attached to the same department. The pole is composed of about twenty engineers and modelers specialized in: CVCD Plumbing / Fire Protection Special Fluids VRD The Assistant to the Pole Manager pilots the technical activity (Plumbing, Fire Protection, Special Fluids, and VRD) and the organizational activity of the team in coherence with the multidisciplinary department which includes all building techniques (Structure, Electricity CFO/CFA/GTB, project economy, etc.) and in coordination with an Assistant in charge of the CVCD team. He guarantees the quality of design studies and execution monitoring, in compliance with current standards and client requirements. He supervises the production of engineers and drafters, validates technical choices, and contributes to the overall performance of the pole.
Your missions:
- Technical Management
Participate in competitions and project starts, by providing technical expertise Guarantee the quality of design and execution studies by relying on the existing team Supervise and validate deliverables: plans, calculation notes, BIM modeling. Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and contractual requirements. Identify technical risks, secure projects, and guarantee the reliability of proposed solutions, by promoting a transversal and multidisciplinary vision of the challenges. Guarantee the recovery of elements allowing us to secure our stakes, manage potential technical pre-litigation and litigation on ongoing or past projects Contribute to the definition of technical solutions within the framework of responses to calls for tender.
- Organization
Manage a team of engineers and drafters, fully assuming the management role Plan the workload, anticipate needs, and optimize resource allocation Support skill development, promote the transmission of expertise, and structure working methods Drive a dynamic of innovation and continuous progress Promote transversal work between the two sites
- Economic Management and Business Follow-up
Participate in the preparation of technical and financial offers Participate in commercial activity through occasional events Ensure the budgetary follow-up of mono-specialty business. Ensure the profitability of missions and the optimization of resources.
- Quality, Innovation, and Continuous Improvement
Implement quality procedures and contribute to their improvement. Ensure regulatory, technological, and methodological monitoring. Promote innovative tools and practices (BIM, automation, process optimization).
- Reporting
Monitor and analyze the performance of the pole. Report regularly to the Fluids Pole Manager.

Your assets: Training Engineering degree or equivalent, Bac+5. Experience Minimum of 6 years of experience in a design office. Confirmed experience in piloting technical projects. Technical skills Mastery of a specialty: CVC, Plumbing, or Fire Protection. In-depth knowledge of current standards and regulations. Confirmed practice of modeling tools and BIM. Ability to validate complex technical choices. Managerial and transversal skills Leadership, sense of organization, and ability to unite. Interpersonal skills and aptitude to work in a collaborative mode. Rigor, sense of customer service, and strategic vision. Ability to anticipate, prioritize, and make decisions. English: good operational level required. Work environment The position is attached to the Multidisciplinary Engineering Department, based at the Choisy site, but frequent travel to Saint Ouen is part of the daily routine of this position. The Assistant to the Fluids Pole Manager collaborates closely with other technical poles, project managers, and transversal teams.
