Your Tasks

• Management of a commercial real estate portfolio with a regional focus on Berlin and Brandenburg
• Strategy development for portfolio optimization with the aim of value preservation and creation
• Preparation and coordination of business plans including reporting as well as assumption of budget responsibility
• Exercising the owner function
• All supporting activities to enable optimal sales processes
• Management of internal and external service providers

Your Profile

• Successfully completed training as an Immobilienkaufmann (m/f/d), studies with a focus on real estate economics or comparable practical experience
• Professional experience in the Asset Management of commercial real estate
• Experience in the area of leasing and management of commercial real estate as well as very good market knowledge
• Knowledge in the area of industry/logistics is desirable
• Independent and proactive way of working, negotiation skills and persuasiveness
• Strong communication skills, commitment and flexibility
• You bring creative solution approaches as well as a hands-on mentality
• Good knowledge of MS-Office
• Regional willingness to travel
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form
