Specialist of contractual wording

Armswissbank CJSC requires an economist-specialist engaged in contractual wording;

ensure the notarization and state registration of the provision of approved loans, including pledge agreements,

draft loan, pledge, guarantee, and other agreements, protocols, writings, ensure the processes of loan provision, repayment, as well as the off-balance sheet accounting and closing of guarantees and pledges in the Bank's balance sheet,

be consistent with the fulfillment of obligations undertaken by customers under loan and other agreements,

perform the compilation and supervision of the database of loan collateral,

perform annual, and if required, other periodic inventory of assets and off-balance sheet funds,

Higher economic education

Work experience in the Banking/financial sector will be considered an advantage

Initiative, time management, flexibility

High degree of responsibility

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Willingness to work with customers

Knowledge of English and Russian languages

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software package

Knowledge of ArmSoftBank software is desirable
