IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced person for the position of ICT Engagements Coordinator, who will be responsible for coordinating IT projects and initiatives in an international environment.

The role focuses on managing the implementation of infrastructure initiatives, coordinating collaboration between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, and ensuring efficient project execution in accordance with the schedule and adopted standards.

We are looking for someone who understands the IT infrastructure environment well, can manage dependencies between different technological areas, and effectively coordinate several initiatives simultaneously.

Daily tasks

• Coordinating ICT projects and initiatives at all stages of implementation – from planning, through deployment, to handover to maintenance.
• Collaborating with infrastructure teams, including Network, Cloud, Data Center, IAM, Cybersecurity, Database, and IT Operations.
• Managing schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and ongoing project issues.
• Coordinating activities between technical teams, business, and external vendors.
• Organizing project meetings, technical workshops, and status reviews.
• Supporting the preparation of procurement documentation, requests for proposals, and contractual documentation.
• Monitoring the fulfillment of vendor obligations, delivered results, and acceptance criteria.
• Preparing reports, dashboards, project documentation, and materials for management.
• Coordinating tests, acceptances, handover of solutions to maintenance, and knowledge transfer.
• Identifying and escalating issues that may affect the timely completion of projects.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT, including at least 3 years in coordinating IT projects or technical initiatives.

Experience in coordinating at least 2 ICT infrastructure projects or initiatives covering several technological areas.

Practical experience in managing dependencies between at least 3 IT infrastructure areas, such as:

• Network / Networking
• Cloud / Data Center
• Databases
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Endpoint / Modern Workplace
• Cybersecurity / Architecture
• Monitoring / IT Service Operations

Good knowledge of the IT project lifecycle, project management methodologies, and IT governance principles.

Knowledge of IT Service Management processes, Change Management, and Service Transition.

Experience collaborating with external IT vendors, including supporting procurement processes, PoC, or IT contract implementation.

Practical knowledge of project or service management tools, e.g., Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, Microsoft Planner, or equivalent solutions.

Ability to prepare schedules, status reports, risk registers, dependencies, and changes.

Ability to communicate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

English language at a minimum B2 level.

Higher education – minimum EQF level 6 (Bachelor's/Engineer).

At least one required certificate:

• PRINCE2
• PMP
• PM²

Must have: Prince2, PMP, PM2
