What you can look forward to:

As a Fully Qualified Lawyer or (Business) Lawyer, you will be part of our team in the Group Legal Department and, as a central contact person for contract law issues, will support your colleagues in the legal department with your expertise.

Your tasks include:

• Advising our group companies in various areas of law, such as GTC/Contract Law, E-Commerce, Tenancy Law, Commercial Law, Sales Law, Compliance, etc.
• Creation, review, and optimization of contracts, agreements, and guidelines
• In close cooperation with the specialist departments, you will accompany or coordinate the legal issues arising there and advise colleagues
• Supporting the implementation of statutory requirements with your expertise

As a strong communicator, you impress through an independent way of working, team orientation, and professional, solution-oriented exchange with internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you bring:

• Successfully completed first and second legal state examinations or a Bachelor's and Master's degree in the field of law, business law, or a comparable legal qualification
• Relevant experience in contract, business, and corporate law is an advantage but not a mandatory criterion; we also welcome applications from career starters with an interest in these topics
• You are willing to travel for business (approx. 3-6 times per year) and have proficient English skills
• You enjoy familiarizing yourself with legal issues and new areas of law
