Civil Engineering Intern - Project Manager, Pesquería N.L

PROJECT MANAGER JR – INTERN Cushman & Wakefield in collaboration with ANCABE

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m.

Economic support: $9,000 monthly

Program duration: 1 year

Modality: On-site

Transport: Transportation is not provided, so it is recommended, preferably, to have your own vehicle to be able to travel to the construction site.

Requirements

• Student of Civil Engineering.
• Availability to complete professional internships for 1 year.
• Intermediate English.
• Intermediate level proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Activities

• Provide support in the administrative and documentary processes of construction projects.
• Support the monitoring and documentary control of the construction site.
• Supervise the execution of construction activities.
• Perform quantifications and support the review of estimates.
• Analyze catalogs and budgets.
• Support the review of invoices.
• Follow up on construction logs with contractors.
• Record deviations, incidents, non-compliances, commitments, and project progress.
• Know and progressively apply project management methodologies based on PMI.
