As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Project Leader / Quality Cluster to support our ambitions in the aeronautics sector. Within the Direction Technique (DT) and under the responsibility of the Project Director, your mission will be to supervise projects with a commitment to results. You will play an essential role in managing the quality and performance of our projects, integrating innovative tools and methods to meet the demanding standards of the industry. Main Missions You will lead a project with a commitment to results to successfully carry out the following different types of missions: Team Management: Organize teams, distribute activities, and manage the workload Lead the project team: manage allocated resources and skills Transfer knowledge and ensure the upskilling of your team Define the skills required to perform activities and validate the resources working within your scope Manage the global delivery of your project: Ensure the definition, deployment, and proper use of project management tools Analysis and processing of production quality to improve it (QCM) Define and manage action plans to reach your objectives Lead steering committees Organize capitalization and feedback for the purpose of continuous improvement Manage the Quality and Deadlines of Deliverables and ensure reporting regarding the technical progress of your activities
Training / Experience Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Quality
Minimum 4 years of experience in a Quality Specialist position and ideally with experience as a Team Leader
Technical Skills You possess skills in one or more of the quality fields: Product Project Supplier Quality System Personal Qualities Autonomous Proactive You stand out through your communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership Languages and Mobility Professional mastery of English is indispensable in writing and speaking (international interfaces)
