To strengthen its Energy pole, the Engineering Department of the ALTEN group is recruiting a Metal Structures Engineer to work in the nuclear sector. You will contribute to the technical management of metal structure studies. As a true referent within your scope, you will ensure the monitoring of studies, the compliance of deliverables, and the coordination of various stakeholders to guarantee the quality and progress of the project. Main Missions Ensure the technical review and monitoring of study deliverables. Verify the compliance of calculation notes, 2D plans, nomenclatures, 3D BIM models (IFC format), and conflict detection reports. Control compliance with technical and contractual requirements through requirement management tools. Analyze requests for technical evolution and ensure their follow-up. Study and compare support reactions to guarantee the consistency of proposed solutions. Lead technical meetings with the various project actors and contribute to the resolution of structural issues. Write technical opinions, follow associated actions, and ensure deadlines are met. Participate in document management and the production of progress reports.

Training / Experience Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in civil engineering, specialized in metal structures

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience on metal structure projects in an industrial environment

Technical Skills Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex technical documents. Mastery of document management and design tools such as MTA , Robot Structural Analysis , Tekla , E3D , AutoCAD and Navisworks . Knowledge of finite element analysis software: ANSYS, Abaqus etc.. is an appreciated plus. Languages and mobility Professional proficiency in English (written and oral)
