We are looking for a Battery Quality Engineer (M/F) to join a team dedicated to operational excellence and the mastery of processes related to battery systems. Main missions: Control the physical integrity of battery packs (detection of shocks, loss of sealing, damaged cables, etc.) and qualify risk levels according to manufacturer recommendations;

Ensure the updating and filing of technical documentation, as well as the transmission of technical information to the relevant departments;

Master the control and diagnostic tools specific to batteries (e.g.: battery management systems, measurement tools, intervention protocols);

Participate in the continuous improvement of quality processes and the resolution of non-conformities/product malfunctions.

Education / Experience Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in industrial engineering, mechanics Technical skills In-depth knowledge of battery technologies (electric or hybrid vehicles) and the challenges related to their maintenance. Mastery of quality control tools (test software, measurement equipment, etc.) and industry standards (ISO, etc.). Personal qualities Analytical spirit, rigor, and ability to work in a team; Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities; Leadership, team spirit, and sense of project management; Ability to challenge interlocutors and be proactive. Languages and mobility Professional proficiency in English (written and oral)
