Main Missions The Grenoble agency is currently looking for an Industrialization Methods Engineer to work on a mission across various industrial sectors. Your role consists of: Managing the implementation of every industrial project, from the beginning (cost analysis and presentation file) to the end Continuously analyzing and improving assembly and manufacturing techniques Developing new lines/layouts, purchases and/or designs of tooling/jigs, digital tools… Improving efficiency in order to reduce the costs of manufacturing/assembly processes Conducting measurement/work method studies regarding new and existing tasks to establish time estimates, measure operator performance, and ensure that the most efficient manufacturing and assembly techniques are adopted. Recording all lost time problems and creating action plans for root causes. Identifying lost time and deducing unidentified time to be reduced. Ensuring standardization between each line/machine and monitoring industrial indicators. Leading FMEA (AMDEC)

Education / Experience Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in industry, manufacturing, mechanics, electrotechnics, or an allied field

Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles

Technical Skills You have advanced knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD 2D Knowledge of Creo would be a plus Personal Qualities

Ability to learn quickly Agility, adaptability, anticipation Organized and with good interpersonal skills Languages and Mobility Professional proficiency in English (written and oral)
