To strengthen its Electronics & Embedded Systems division, the Automotive Activities Division of the ALTEN group is recruiting a Senior Electronic Hardware Engineer (M/F) specialized in electronic design and the development of lighting products with high technological value.

Main Missions

  • Define the hardware architecture and design choices for the developed electronic systems
  • Ensure technical supervision of electronic developments throughout the project cycle
  • Lead and coordinate design activities in collaboration with international development teams
  • Guarantee compliance with technical requirements, quality standards, and the development schedule
  • Integrate signal integrity constraints into the design of electronic boards
  • Ensure the application of EMC routing rules to guarantee product performance and compliance
  • Participate in the optimization of electronic manufacturing processes from the design phases
  • Contribute to the resolution of technical issues encountered during the development and industrialization phases
  • Ensure the follow-up of technical deliverables and design reviews

Education / Experience

  • Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in electronics, embedded systems, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware electronic design
  • Experience in the automotive, embedded electronics, or lighting systems sectors is highly appreciated

Technical Skills

  • Mastery of hardware electronic design
  • Solid knowledge in Signal Integrity
  • Mastery of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) constraints and associated routing rules
  • Good knowledge of electronic board manufacturing and industrialization processes
  • Experience in the technical management of multi-site and international developments
