🎯 Your missions Strategy and Architecture: Design and deploy DevOps platforms (IDP, CI/CD). Define standards for development, test, and production environments. Audit existing CI/CD pipelines and propose optimizations (reduction of Time-to-Market). Automation and IaC: Industrialize infrastructures via GitOps and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi). Orchestrate containerized environments (Kubernetes, OpenShift). Security and Observability: Integrate security from the design stage (Shift Left Security): vulnerability scans, secrets management (Vault). Deploy observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, Datadog). Track performance indicators (DORA metrics, SLI/SLO). Leadership and DevOps Culture: Evangelize DevOps best practices and train teams. Lead workshops to standardize workflows (branching, release, deployment).

✅ Profile sought Education: Master's degree (engineering school, Master in computer science). Experience: 3 to 5 years in software or systems engineering, with expertise in DevOps. Technical skills: Mastery of CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD). Experience with Kubernetes and the Cloud Native (CNCF) ecosystem. Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible). Knowledge of development (Python, Go, Bash). Mastery of Cloud security issues. Soft Skills: Leadership, pedagogy, resilience. Languages: Fluent English. Mobility: Mobile in Île-de-France.
