Within the Aeronautics division of ALTEN Sud-Ouest, you will join a Final Assembly Line (FAL) in the development phase for a major player in the sector. As an MSN Manager Project Manager, you will be the guarantor of the global coordination of activities related to the assembly of an aircraft, from its entry into the FAL until its delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality requirements. Your role will be both strategic and operational: you will manage the interfaces between internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, while anticipating risks and optimizing processes to guarantee the success of the project. Main missions:

  1. Global project management

Define and monitor the project plan (milestones, budget, resources) in collaboration with management and technical teams. Coordinate the activities of production teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure the consistency of deliverables. Lead project reviews (steering committees, progress meetings) and report to stakeholders (clients, management).

  1. Risk management and problem solving

Identify critical points (delays, non-conformities, technical blockages) and propose corrective action plans. Analyze the root causes of malfunctions and implement sustainable solutions in collaboration with quality and engineering teams. Anticipate risks (logistical, technical, human) and develop contingency plans.

  1. Interface with stakeholders

Negotiate and align priorities with suppliers, production teams, and navigators to ensure the fluidity of operations. Represent ALTEN during client meetings and provide transparent reporting on progress, deviations, and corrective actions. Unite teams around project objectives and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

  1. Continuous improvement

Optimize production and coordination processes by capitalizing on lessons learned (REX). Contribute to the evolution of project methodologies within ALTEN (tools, templates, best practices).

Profile sought: Engineering degree, generalist or specialized in aeronautics/industrial production. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in project management within a complex industrial environment (ideally aeronautics). Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, V-cycle, risk management) and associated tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.). Key skills Leadership and communication: ability to unite multidisciplinary teams and interact with various interlocutors (clients, suppliers, technical teams). Rigor and organization: priority management, respect for deadlines, and budget management. Analysis and problem solving: structured approach to diagnose and address deviations. Mastery of English (professional level in speaking and writing) – international environment.
