Logistics Project Manager

Context: CORAIL is the project for the Convergence of Logistics processes and Applications for the upstream part of the Logistics chain: all flows contributing to the availability of parts on the manufacturing lines of production sites and their optimization. This information system is currently being deployed across all the group's manufacturing sites. Missions: As part of the CORAIL project and the deployment of the information system, under the management of the CORAIL Deployment Project Manager, the Business Process Convergence Pilot's mission is: The preparation of all logistics data to be integrated into CORAIL at the time of the switch to production (Purchasing, Quality, Packaging, Distribution data). The permanent link with the Factory and partner departments to retrieve missing data (management of blocking points, facilitation, escalations). Simplification and convergence activities of Excel and Access tools used in the context of data migration (needs to be identified or anticipated, development, writing user manuals, provision, day-to-day management of the tools).

Master's degree (Bac +5) 1 to 3 years of experience Autonomous and in-depth use of Excel (including VBA) Autonomy in the use of Access Meeting facilitation skills Writing skills Interpersonal skills (partner follow-ups), taking initiative Knowledge of general principles of the Automotive Supply Chain English practice (autonomous)
