Your mission

As part of the development of our Finance software solutions integration activity, we are looking for a Techno-Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to support our clients in needs analysis, functional design, and the integration of their IS solutions.

You will intervene at the heart of projects, in close contact with business teams, technical teams, and project managers. Your role: translate operational needs into concrete solutions, contribute to their implementation, and guarantee their alignment with user expectations. You are the interface between business and technical teams, with a strong orientation toward customer value and delivery quality.

Your missions will be as follows:

1. Analysis and expression of needs

• Collect and formalize business needs from users and stakeholders.
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for optimization.
• Write functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Facilitate scoping, design, and validation workshops.
• Contribute to the definition of the target solution and its alignment with business challenges.

2. Techno-functional integration

• Participate in the configuration and integration of solutions.
• Contribute to testing, acceptance testing, and quality controls.
• Ensure consistency between functional needs and technical implementation.
• Use common technical tools without being a developer.

3. Support, documentation, guidance

• Write functional documentation and user guides.
• Support users in getting started with the solutions.
• Participate in change management and training.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal methods and tools.
• Capitalize on project feedback and lessons learned.

Your profile:

A graduate with a Master's degree (University or Engineering School), you have 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or techno-functional consulting, ideally within an integrator, an ESN, or a SaaS publisher.

You master the integration processes of key solutions such as ERP, CRM, or SIRH, and you are comfortable with Agile or V-model project cycles. Good knowledge of ERP / Finance / business SaaS environments and, ideally, experience with Finance solutions such as Esker, Cegedim, SAP, are highly appreciated. Your fluent English level allows you to interact easily with various interlocutors.

Your personality:

You are recognized for your analysis, your rigor, and your sense of service. You have the ability to simplify, synthesize, and support users through your pedagogy and active listening.

Autonomous, proactive, you enjoy working in project teams and know how to establish a climate of trust. You are comfortable communicating, sharing your knowledge, and being proactive regarding continuous improvements.
