Packaging & POSM Development Engineer

We are looking for a person with very good technical knowledge who will design and develop 3D constructions of stands, displays, and other POS/POSM materials, as well as cardboard packaging for our agency's clients.

We are looking for an expert who can translate a creative concept into a functional, stable, cost-effective, and production-ready construction.

Your tasks will include:

• Designing and developing 3D constructions of stands, displays, and other POS/POSM materials in ArtiosCAD.
• Developing cardboard packaging constructions and optimizing existing solutions.
• Optimizing constructions in terms of functionality, strength, material consumption, and production costs.
• Technical support for design and tender teams, including specification analysis, technology selection, and prototyping.
• Close cooperation with the Creative team, project managers, and manufacturers in Poland and abroad.
• Building an internal 3D construction database and developing technical standards and best practices within the agency.
• Searching for new materials, technologies, and structural solutions.

We are looking for someone:

• Very well acquainted with ArtiosCAD or equivalent software for designing 3D constructions.
• Possessing practical experience in designing stands, displays, and POS/POSM constructions.
• With very good knowledge of materials, dies, and production processes.
• Able to assess the technical feasibility of a project and propose optimal structural solutions.
• Well-acquainted with the manufacturer market in Poland and abroad and their technological capabilities.
• Independent, analytical, and focused on problem-solving.
• Using the English language at a level that allows for full professional communication.

Nice to have:

• Technical education.
• Knowledge of eco-design principles and packaging requirements, including PPWR.
• Knowledge of environmental standards and certifications, particularly FSC.
