Replenishment Planner / Flow Agent (Aerospace sector) (m/f) (M/F)

We are looking, on behalf of our client Airbus Helicopters, an aircraft manufacturer, for a Replenishment Planner / Flow Agent (Aerospace sector) (M/F) - Fluent or operational English spoken. As part of this 6-month mission (which will be renewed up to 18 months), based in Marignane, your main missions are:

• Guarantee the availability of resources in relation to production needs.
• Fulfill the role of flow agent and monitor external suppliers.
• Serve as an interface between production, warehouses, and internal purchasing.
• Manage the specific monitoring of critical external suppliers (Magellan, Moog, Telephonics, Safran).
• Manage flow contingencies (missing, broken, error, or lost parts) and find alternative solutions.

• Process stock entry.
• Ensure the service and preparation of parts for technicians.
• Identify and verify missing parts.
• Manage the animation of shortages and follow up if necessary.
• Place part orders (external orders / transfer orders).
• Manage direct contact and follow-up with suppliers.
