We offer you training in our production trades through a CQPM. What is it? A CQPM (Certificat de Qualification Paritaire de la Métallurgie) is a training program that ensures professional recognition by companies within the metallurgy branch. It is prepared over an average duration of 6 months, with a theoretical part in a training organization and a practical part in a company with the possibility of remuneration.
Here are the trades for which you can be trained via CQPM:
> Systems Mechanic (M/F) He/she assembles and adjusts the various systems of the aircraft: hydraulic, mechanical, or even pneumatic circuits. He/she installs and adjusts flight controls, landing gear, wheels, brakes, or even aircraft engines, depending on his/her position.
> Structure Mechanic (M/F) A structure mechanic is responsible for assembling the structure of an aircraft, according to the provided technical documentation. On a daily basis, this person drills, reams, installs fasteners, and glues.
> Cabin Integrator (M/F) The cabin integrator is in charge of setting up the commercial layout of the aircraft cabins: seats, toilets, overhead bins, panels,... He/she installs the aircraft interiors as requested by airlines, to guarantee passenger comfort and safety.
> Assembler Cabler (M/F) He/she is in charge of the integration of electrical harnesses, the installation of electrical and electronic equipment of the aircraft, but also instrumentation, communication, or navigation.
> Quality Inspector (M/F) The quality inspector is in charge of verifying the conformity of parts assembled on the production lines, according to the provided technical documentation. He/she assists operators in the correct application of procedures and certifies that the aircraft are compliant before their delivery to airlines. Additional prerequisites: English (intermediate level), and first experience in the industrial environment.
> Ramp Mechanic/Electrician (M/F) He/she performs the electrical and mechanical operations for the preparation and maintenance of the aircraft before its ground or flight tests, and is in charge of bringing it back into compliance after the flight. Additional prerequisites: English (intermediate level), and first experience in the industrial environment.
