Your mission

Within the planning team of the 320/321 Wing Center Box Unit at the Nantes plant, your main missions will consist of: Building a realistic and achievable production schedule over an 8-week horizon, validated by all. Measuring schedule adherence, analyzing causes of delay, and building action plans. Coordinating the various stakeholders involved in production activity (from suppliers to customers) through daily, weekly, and monthly routines. Participating in meetings with Airbus transport and the Hamburg customer to define the correct composition of Belugas. Identifying and managing reallocation needs to be able to deliver to our Hamburg customer according to their needs. Leading production plan routines and following up on actions (weekly charge/capacity). Preparing and contributing to monthly production plan meetings. Updating and monitoring KPIs related to production execution, and defining associated action and improvement plans. Participating in daily operational routines. Contributing to process and planning tool optimization projects, in connection with the AIRBUS central planning function.

Non-Managerial Position

Your profile (What will make the difference) You have at least two years of experience in planning in a similar position. You are proficient in SAP, Jaguar, as well as Google Suite. You demonstrate rigor, a strong team spirit, and great autonomy. You know how to take initiative and show reactivity and agility when faced with unforeseen events. You have developed strong analytical skills. You possess good interpersonal skills and know how to be assertive. You feel comfortable enough in English to be able to communicate with our customers.

The Nantes site:

The Airbus Atlantic site in Nantes manufactures wing center boxes, engine air intakes, and radomes for all Airbus aircraft except the A220. It also produces the belly beams for the A350 and A330, as well as the fins for the A400M military aircraft.
