Your mission
Within our Montoir-de-Bretagne site, you will join the quality team in an industrial context of ramp-up for the A320 program with increasing requirements from airlines.
Reporting to the A320 structure quality department, you will play a role in the operational coordination of QCM (Quality Conformance Manager) and QLS (Quality Line Side) functions in order to meet the workshop's quality requirements.
You will lead the resolution of complex problems related to quality, as well as continuous improvement projects by defining the measures to be followed and identifying/facilitating the improvements to be made to increase:
- Process performance and product adherence to standards
- Process reliability
- Process repeatability at the initial phase, before each modification or change is implemented throughout the product life cycle
You will work cross-functionally with the various departments of the company (methods, engineering, production...) to resolve product and process quality issues. To do this, you will lead problem-solving groups (including multi-site). You must also propose and lead continuous improvement projects to ensure process reliability and optimize their performance and adherence.
Your profile (What will make the difference)
You have initial experience in quality within the industrial sector (ideally aeronautics) and master problem-solving tools (8D, 5M, 5 Why). You are recognized for your team spirit, your human approach, based on listening, support, and proximity. You collaborate with production and support functions by demonstrating assertiveness, firmness, and diplomacy. You know how to manage priorities. You analyze situations on the ground to solve complex problems in a simple, methodical, and rapid manner. You demonstrate a proactive, dynamic, autonomous temperament and are always proactive in making proposals. You communicate with ease, know how to argue with conviction, and master professional English.

The Montoir-de-Bretagne site
The Airbus Atlantic site in Montoir-de-Bretagne, qualified as an integrator or final assembly pre-line, assembles, equips, and tests the forward and center fuselages of all Airbus aircraft except the A220. As a true Logistics Hub for Airbus Atlantic, the site delivers its “Major Component Assemblies” directly to Airbus final assembly lines in Toulouse, Hamburg, Mobile, or Tianjin, by Beluga or ship.
