Logistics Coordinator - Imports and Exports

We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator who shares our passion for customer service and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination positions within freight forwarding companies, international transport, or foreign trade.
• Knowledge of import and export processes and international documentation. Experience in coordinating maritime, air, and land shipments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and logistics management systems.
• Advanced English (verifiable).
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, problem-solving, leadership, and results-oriented skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate maritime, air, and land import and export operations.
• Provide integral follow-up on shipments from origin to destination.
• Maintain constant communication with clients, suppliers, agents, and carriers.
• Guarantee compliance with transit times, documentation, and operational requirements.
• Manage incidents and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and monitor customs clearance processes in conjunction with suppliers and agents.
• Prepare operational reports and performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in logistical and service processes.
• Ensure compliance with the company's quality and service standards.
• Supervise operations of personnel in charge.

We Offer:

Nominal monthly salary: $35,000 - $40,000 Statutory benefits and more Constant training and opportunities for professional development.
