1. Sales Support Executive / Up to $2,800 @Joo Koon

• Administrative support including handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from existing customers.
• Handling sales orders by checking for correct prices, discounts, product numbers and inventory.
• Attend to walk in customer, and update on sales revenue.
• Follow up with customer on after-sales matter i.e dispute on service quote & loan unit with sales head.
• Prepare quotations and other administrative duties assigned.
• At least 2 years experience as a Sales Coordinator/Customer Service.
• Proficient in MS Office. Experience in utilizing AI tools/Microsoft BC 365 are advantageous.
