For our renowned customer from the aerospace industry located in 86874 Tussenhausen, we are looking for:
Process Mechanic Plastics / Joiner / Carpenter CFRP Aircraft Construction (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS
- You will be working as a Laminator Composite Aerospace (m/f/d)
- You will manufacture molds, models and fixtures according to technical drawings for prototype construction
- You will measure, mark out, cut and assemble precise components made of wood and plastics
- You will implement design plans and dimensional specifications from the development and engineering department
- You will assist in the initial assembly of new molds and components
- You will coordinate with design and production regarding adjustments and optimizations
- After training, you will perform: lamination work using the wet layup process (GFK/CFK) – all necessary knowledge will be provided
YOUR QUALIFICATION
- You have completed technical vocational training as a Process Mechanic Composite Materials (m/f/d), Process Mechanic Plastic and Rubber Technology (m/f/d), Process Mechanic Coating Technology (m/f/d), Plastic Mold Maker (m/f/d), Plastic Sprayer (m/f/d), Joiner (m/f/d), Carpenter (m/f/d), Carpenter (m/f/d), Wood Mechanic (m/f/d), Building Joiner (m/f/d), Wood Processing Technician (m/f/d), Industrial Joiner (m/f/d), Mold Maker (m/f/d), Boat Builder (m/f/d), Model Maker (m/f/d), Light Aircraft Builder (m/f/d), Laminator (m/f/d), Painter and Lacquerer (m/f/d), Process Mechanic Coating Technology (m/f/d), Vehicle Painter (m/f/d), Industrial Painter (m/f/d), Building and Object Coater (m/f/d), Lacquerer (m/f/d), Painter (m/f/d), or a comparable vocational training
- You bring several years of professional experience in the processing, machining, manufacture, production, fabrication of lightweight materials such as carbon fiber reinforced plastics (Carbon, CFK), composites, fiber composite materials, fiber composite components, glass fiber reinforced plastics (GFK), laminates, rubber, wood or plastics, preferably from aerospace engineering, industry or the Automotive sector
- You have basic MS-Office skills
- You have basic English skills
- You work in a day shift
- You have a structured and careful way of working
- You are a team player and have good communication skills
