For our renowned customer from the aerospace industry at the location in 86153 Augsburg, we are looking for:

Process Mechanic Composite CFRP Aerospace Engineering ARIANE (f/m/d) Augsburg

YOUR TASKS

• You will be working as a Composite Assembler (f/m/d)
• You assemble fresh and waste water tanks made of composite components for aviation projects and join individual parts into complex assemblies
• You perform specialist work steps such as riveting, gluing, drilling, countersinking and deburring
• You take into account the corresponding manufacturing documents such as work plans, bills of materials and drawings
• You document material bookings and your work in SAP R3

YOUR QUALIFICATION

• You have completed technical vocational training as a Process Mechanic for Composite Materials (f/m/d), Process Mechanic for Plastic and Rubber Technology (f/m/d), Process Mechanic for Coating Technology (f/m/d), Plastic Mold Maker (f/m/d), Plastic Injection Molder (f/m/d), Joiner (f/m/d), Carpenter (f/m/d), Cabinet Maker (f/m/d), Wood Mechanic (f/m/d), Building Joiner (f/m/d), Wood Processing Technician (f/m/d), Industrial Joiner (f/m/d), Mold Maker (f/m/d), Boat Builder (f/m/d), Model Maker (f/m/d), Light Aircraft Builder (f/m/d), Laminator (f/m/d), or a comparable vocational training
• You bring several years of professional experience in the processing, machining, manufacture, production, fabrication of lightweight materials such as carbon fiber reinforced plastics (Carbon, CFRP), composites, fiber composite materials, fiber composite components, glass fiber reinforced plastics (GFRP), laminates, rubber, wood or plastics, preferably from aerospace engineering, industry or the automotive sector
• You have basic MS-Office knowledge
• You have basic English knowledge
• You are willing to work in shifts
• You have a structured and careful way of working
• You are a team player and have good communication skills
