For our renowned customer from the aerospace industry located in 71522 Backnang, we are looking for:

QM Process Manager FMEA Satellite Technology Aerospace Engineering (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• You will work as a Product Assurance Manager Space Products (m/f/d)
• You will perform project-related quality and product assurance tasks throughout the entire product lifecycle
• You will ensure compliance with quality requirements as well as relevant standards, guidelines, and customer specifications
• You will perform systematic analysis, processing, and tracking of problem and error cases in development and customer projects
• You will coordinate and moderate root cause analyses as well as the derivation, implementation, and tracking of corrective and preventive measures
• You will plan, conduct, and moderate Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEA) as well as tracking of the resulting measures
• You will plan and perform preventive quality methods (e.g., FMEA) for space products related to manufacturing processes and technologies, as well as tracking of the resulting measures
• You will support project teams with quality and product assurance-relevant issues
• You will participate in internal and external audits and reviews
• You will monitor the compliance of defined quality processes and the continuous improvement of Product-Assurance methods

YOUR QUALIFICATION

• You have a completed technical degree as an Engineer in Aerospace Engineering (m/f/d), Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d), Automotive Engineering (m/f/d), Physicist (m/f/d), a technical vocational training with further training as a Master (m/f/d) or Technician (m/f/d), an economic degree as an Industrial Engineer (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Quality Conformity, Quality Processes, Control, Monitoring, Testing, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Control, Work Preparation, Production Planning, Production Control, Process Control, Process Design, Process Management or Project Management, preferably from Aerospace Engineering, Industry or the Automotive sector
• You preferably bring experience in the field of Product Assurance, Quality Assurance, QM Quality Management, and the performance and moderation of Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEA)
• You preferably bring experience with quality management systems e.g., DIN ISO 9100, PPS, 5Why, Ishikawa, APQP, PFMEDA, 8D/9S methodology, measurement and testing techniques, Root Cause Analysis
• You possess good MS-Office skills
• You have very good English skills
• You have a structured, careful, and result-oriented way of working
• You are a team player and have good communication skills
