For our renowned customer from the aerospace industry at the location in 71522 Backnang, we are looking for:

Project Manager R&D Satellite Technology Aerospace Engineering (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• You will work as a Project Manager R&D (m/f/d)
• You support the preparation of offers as well as planning, coordination and execution of R&D projects in the field of satellite applications / spaceflight for internal, institutional and commercial customers
• You control overall or sub-projects as well as moderation of the corresponding project teams and the interfaces to involved company divisions
• You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of project plans and resource requirements
• You conduct active customer communication for coordination with the respective customers and recording of customer requirements in order to maintain a positive customer relationship
• You present the project status in internal and external meetings with clear and goal-oriented communication
• You are responsible for compliance with project goals (time, cost, quality) for the satisfaction of the customer while considering the respective internal and external rules and regulations
• You maintain an overview of the schedule, the costs and any technical and programmatic changes occurring during the ongoing project as well as active management of risks and opportunities

YOUR QUALIFICATION

• You have a completed technical degree as an Industrial Engineer (m/f/d), Aerospace Engineer (m/f/d), Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d), Automotive Engineer (m/f/d), a technical vocational training with further training as a Master (m/f/d), Technician (m/f/d), Business Administrator (m/f/d), Business Information Scientist (m/f/d), Business Administrator (m/f/d) with a focus on Supply Chain Management/Logistics, a commercial vocational training with further training as a Specialist (m/f/d) or Business Administrator (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience in project management, project planning, project control, project design, project improvement, project steering, project monitoring, process planning, process design, process steering, process optimization, process monitoring, steering, organization, monitoring, controlling, risk management, Risk Management, advisory, Consulting or Change Management, preferably from Aerospace Engineering, Logistics or Automotive
• You preferably bring knowledge in Agile project management methods (Scrum Master, Agile Coach)
• You possess good MS-Office skills
• You possess good MS-Project skills
• You have good English skills
• You have a structured, careful and result-oriented way of working
• You are team-oriented and capable of communication
