Production Planner / Manufacturing Engineer CFRP Aerospace Technology ARIANE (m/f/d) Augsburg

YOUR TASKS

• You will work as a Manufacturing Engineer Composite (m/f/d)
• You are responsible for the interface function between Engineering and Manufacturing or Supply Chain in the product creation process
• You assume a technical leadership function in development projects regarding the manufacturing process
• You coordinate development tasks with specialist departments such as Design, Work Preparation, Metrology, NC Programming, Manufacturing Development as well as Purchasing and Procurement Assurance
• You independently ensure manufacturing-oriented and economical design (Design to Cost) during technical approvals, feasibility studies and change requests
• You are responsible for manufacturability and inspectability for new projects both for internal manufacturing as well as for the external supply chain
• You develop efficient production lines in close cooperation with Industrialization
• You manage the introduction and advancement of newly developed manufacturing processes and their integration into the existing production workflow
• You participate in offers and the execution of cross-departmental calculations with regard to RC/ NRC costs
• You perform synchronization and ensuring of the conformity of all standards on the construction documents with customer requirements for both internal and external manufacturing

YOUR QUALIFICATION

• You have a completed technical degree as an Industrial Engineer (m/f/d), Aerospace Engineer (m/f/d), Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d), Business Administrator (m/f/d) with a focus on Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Logistics, Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d), a completed technical vocational training with further training as a Master (m/f/d) or Technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience in work preparation, production control, production management, production planning, scheduling, logistics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, material flow control, material procurement, process planning, process design, process control, process optimization, process monitoring or Manufacturing Engineering, preferably from Aerospace, Automotive or Industry
• You preferably bring knowledge in time calculation, time analysis, REFA, MTM, LEAN Management principles, LEAN Manufacturing, KANBAN, KAIZEN, Six Sigma, industrial performance, maturity level, capacity assessment, Operations Management
• You preferably bring knowledge of manufacturing processes for fiber composite components such as infusion, Fiber Placement, sandwich components, polymer chemistry, textile preform technology
• You possess good MS Office skills
• You possess good knowledge in CAD, technical drawings, component tolerances, PLM systems, change management
• You possess good English skills
• You have a structured, careful and result-oriented way of working
• You are a team player and have good communication skills
