For our renowned customer from the aerospace industry at the location in 71522 Backnang, we are looking for:

Development and Test Engineer Satellite Technology Aerospace Engineering (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• You will work as a Junior Development and Test Engineer for active microwave devices (m/f/d)
• You will carry out the design, planning, setup, and capability testing of test stations for the Acceptance Test of active high-frequency devices
• You define and procure required measuring equipment
• You support the processing of tender topics in the amplifier sector
• You perform preparation and project-specific adaptation of the test systems (hardware and test software)
• You actively test HF devices according to space requirements
• You carry out functional and environmental tests at automatic test stations
• You create, evaluate, and release test data
• You perform independent troubleshooting and analysis on test objects and test systems
• You create documentation, test documents, and regulations

YOUR QUALIFICATION

• You have a completed technical degree as a Wirtschaftsinformatiker (m/f/d), Ingenieurinformatiker (m/f/d), Systeminformatiker (m/f/d), Ingenieur Elektrotechnik (m/f/d), Ingenieur Nachrichtentechnik (m/f/d), Ingenieur Maschinenbau (m/f/d), Ingenieur Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik (m/f/d), Physiker (m/f/d), Mathematiker (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience in project management, research, development, R&D, test, experimentation, simulation, analysis, system design, device or system development, System Engineering, system engineer, or support, preferably from aerospace engineering, industry, or Automotive
• You preferably bring experience from the aerospace industry or the Bundeswehr
• You preferably bring knowledge in high-frequency technology, antenna technology, communications technology, satellite technology
• You have good MS-Office skills
• You have good knowledge in Electronic Simulation Tools, testing and measurement technology, automation technology
• You have very good English skills
• You have a structured, careful, and result-oriented way of working
• You are a team player and have good communication skills
