Main Responsibilities Welcome guests by offering a warm greeting

Assist guests in menu selection and answer their questions

Take orders accurately and transmit them promptly to the kitchen

Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation

Support service preparation by ensuring all areas are always well-maintained

Support the preparation of all necessary mise-en-place

Clean designated agreed areas, according to established procedures, morning/evening routines, and hygiene requirements

Collaborate with the Maître and kitchen staff to ensure the overall success of the restaurant

Requirements Fluent knowledge of English and Italian is indispensable

3+ years of experience in the hospitality sector is a plus

Must be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality sector in general

Flexible schedule - long shifts and regular coverage of evening events may be required

Ability to make thoughtful decisions and provide constructive criticism

Must be able to listen, understand, and effectively clarify concerns raised by guests

Ensures regular presence in compliance with Aethos Hotel standards, according to scheduling, which will vary based on the facility's needs

Respect Aethos Hotel standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations

Maximize efforts toward productivity, identify problem areas, and contribute to the implementation of solutions

Maintain an always warm and friendly attitude, while remaining genuine
