For our trainer team, we are looking for reinforcement in these very areas at the earliest possible date. Build up technical competence, follow further general developments in terms of AI, and identify possible application areas for our customers!

With these qualifications, your dream job with us is already within reach: Do you have IT experience in consulting or as a trainer in the Microsoft environment, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and can perhaps even already shine with a certification as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or a comparable qualification? If the latter is not the case: No problem, as long as you show the willingness to further train with us to become an MCT!

At ADN, you will not be thrown into the deep end; instead, an individual induction phase with a personal mentor awaits you.

• Preparation and implementation of official Microsoft AI and Copilot trainings
• (Whether in our training center in Bochum, at the customer's site, or in the virtual learning environment: You move confidently between our various training formats).
• Specialist consulting for our customers in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Development and implementation of ADN's own AI and Copilot workshops: from decision-makers to technical professionals
• Development and implementation of individual company trainings.
• Preparation and implementation of Microsoft ADN webinars.
• Assignments as a speaker for ADN as well as at customer events.
• Close cooperation with our trainer and academy team as well as the Microsoft Business Unit and our Microsoft contacts.

Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or other IT-related courses of study, or have obtained a good degree in a comparable vocational training (preferably teaching, natural sciences, mathematics), or have gained practical professional experience as a career changer.
• You have at least one Microsoft AI Fundamentals certification in your pocket.
• Specialist knowledge in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning distinguishes you.
• You bring the willingness to permanently develop yourself in technical future topics, obtain certifications, and keep yourself up to date with the latest trends in AI software technology.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility are not a problem for you.
• Very good written and spoken English skills, a strong customer and service orientation, as well as a competent and confident appearance round off your profile.
