Senior Management Controller (m/f) (M/F)

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting, interim management, and talent assessment firm, is recruiting on behalf of its client, a fast-growing international multi-activity group based in Beziers, a Senior Group Management Controller M/F.

Join an international group with a human scale Within the Group Administrative and Financial Department and reporting to the Group Management Control Manager, you will take on a key role in driving the performance of a strategic scope. As a true partner to operational teams and subsidiary executives, you will operate at the intersection of finance, data, and the transformation of management tools. As part of its development, the group is looking for an experienced profile, capable of supporting the performance of entities and eventually evolving towards the responsibility of a business unit.

Your missions Drive the financial performance of your scope

• Participate in the preparation of budgets and quarterly forecasts;
• Produce and analyze monthly financial reports (revenue, margin, EBITDA, stocks, WCR, operating result);
• Analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecasts and formulate concrete recommendations for operational management;

Be a true Business Partner

• Support Subsidiary Directors and financial teams in understanding their results;
• Conduct audits, diagnostics, and ad-hoc missions within subsidiaries in France and internationally.

Contribute to Data & BI transformation

• Act as the key point of contact between business units and the DSI;
• Coordinate the testing, deployment, and continuous improvement phases of BI solutions;
• Actively contribute to reporting redesign projects and the digitalization of management control.

Develop a market and prospective vision

• Conduct economic, sectoral, and competitive monitoring;
• Cross-reference internal and external data to enrich performance analyses;
• Produce strategic recommendations for the Management.

The profile sought A graduate of higher education in Finance, Management Control, or Business School (Master's degree), you have proven experience of at least 8 years in management control. Ideally, you have evolved in an environment that is:

• multi-company;
• multi-site or international;
• in strong interaction with operational management.

Beyond your financial expertise, you have a real appetite for data and information systems. Your assets

• Excellent mastery of management control and financial analysis;
• Solid skills in modeling and budgetary management;
• Advanced mastery of Excel and Power BI;
• Ability to communicate with IT and Data teams;
• Knowledge of an ERP;
• Fluent professional English and ideally Spanish or Italian
