Sales Administration Manager (m/f) (M/F)

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting, transition management, and expert assessment firm for executives and managers, is searching for its client specializing in the agri-food sector based in Douarnenez (29), a Sales Administration Manager (m/f) on a temporary basis (minimum 3 months duration).

Missions:

• Manage orders on an administrative level

o Verify receipt of orders (volume, compliance, promos.) o Process and validate orders (rates, errors, duplicates, detection of atypical orders.) o Handle invoicing o Monitor retailer stock and the implementation of rates

• Manage the relationship with the "procurement" departments of retailers

o Develop a relationship of trust and partnership with interlocutors o Obtain order rescheduling based on product availability o Ensure order follow-up with the client

• Manage the interface with the logistics provider

o Manage priorities o Smooth out the shipment workload

• Manage disputes and penalties

o Handle logistics disputes (order preparation errors, collection delays) in coordination with the client and logistics providers. o Identify pricing disputes and implement corrective actions in collaboration with the sales teams o Compile penalty files and transmit appropriate information to the sales department

• Relay all information coming from retailers to the relevant departments (product listing, retailer stock policy, etc.)
• Contribute to the development of Supply dashboards (codification of shortages, promo reservations.)

• Handle administrative tasks for the Customer service (archiving, etc.)

Holding a Bac +2 in logistics or equivalent, you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within an agri-food environment.

Languages:

• Basic English: allowing for communication in writing and orally if necessary

IT Tools:

• Proficiency in one or more ERP (ideally SAP)
• Proficiency in the Office pack
