Adecco Tertiaire is recruiting for one of its clients, an international group specializing in inspection, control, and certification services for goods internationally. Present with exporting companies, importers, and government agencies, our client supports its partners in securing and ensuring compliance for commercial exchanges throughout the world.

As part of an increase in activity, we are looking for several Sales Assistants / VoC Coordinators M/F to join the teams based in Orvault.

Your missions. Within the Operations department, you are a key player in the management and coordination of client files, in connection with various interlocutors in France and internationally.

• Define client needs and support them in their processes
• Prepare quotes and propose adapted rates
• Ensure the administrative and operational follow-up of files
• Coordinate operations with internal teams, inspectors, and external partners
• Guarantee compliance with processing deadlines
• Handle invoicing and follow-up of client payments
• Manage complaints and participate in their resolution
• Update tracking and reporting tools
• Contribute to business development and client loyalty
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the quality of services offered

Profile sought.

• Bac +2 training in International Trade, Import-Export, Logistics or equivalent
• Beginners accepted, a first experience in an international environment is appreciated
• Good mastery of IT tools
• Professional English indispensable
• Knowledge of international trade is a real asset
