We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Supervisor with experience in B2B sales and leadership of commercial teams to join our team in Bogotá.

$5.750.000 COP monthly

Performance Bonus

Up to 15% of the base salary.

Schedule

Monday to Friday 40-hour work week Available shifts:

• 7:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m.
• 8:00 a. m. to 5:00 p. m.

Requirements

• English level B2+ / C1 (indispensable).
• Experience as CX Expert.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
• Minimum 1 year leading B2B teams.
• Experience in managing Inbound and/or Outbound accounts.
• Knowledge in Google Ads, digital marketing and/or software sales (desirable).
